Goodness, where do I begin to tell about Patrick. I know Patrick from helping my son buy his first home; it was a foreclosure property that my son was interested in when looking for his new home. Patrick took the time to show him so many properties until he found the one that he wanted we could not ask for a more understanding, supportive, knowledgeable and dedicated realtor to help him through this new exciting process. He purchased his home with the help of Patrick and he had the most wonderful experience and its being two years and they have been so happy on their new home.
I am a single mom and putting my youngest son through college I had to make a very hard decision I could no longer keep my property and also provide a college education for my son. I am the same as many Americans are today my townhome was belly up and after some discussions on what direction to take I decided to talk to the bank about doing the short sale process. Well talk about an angel sent to me, I contacted Patrick and I had received all the forms from the bank with directions on the process for the short sale program. With no idea on how to proceed I contact Patrick for help from filling the paperwork and submitting it all to the bank, putting the home for sale, showing my property and following up on all the months of paperwork from the bank and requirements that took place after the approval. Patrick took all the worries from me and did everything. He kept me informed at all times; explains everything to make sure I understood every step of this transaction and there were many because I had issues with a prior loan on the town home that I had done a refinance and closed in a prior loan years before and now going through this procedure it showed up. Patrick went above and beyond the responsibilities that it took to clear all of these old issues. We finally close the property this past weekend and all my worries are left behind.
